"Shape the Future" Fan Works Guidelines
Introduction
"Shape the Future" was created as an anthem for creators who fearlessly forge their own paths in an uncertain, rapidly changing world. We established these guidelines to create a safe and welcoming environment for your creative expression. As long as you follow these rules, you do not need to ask us for individual permission to use the song or MV materials for your Fan Works.
Guidelines for Music Usage
We do not officially distribute the raw audio files for "Shape the Future." Both vocal and instrumental versions are available on major streaming and download platforms (e.g., iTunes Store, Amazon Music, Spotify), so please ensure you use legally obtained copies for your projects.
You are welcome to use these legally obtained tracks for creative Fan Works, such as original animations, vocal covers, or instrumental covers. If you upload your video to a UGC (User Generated Content) platform that has a comprehensive licensing agreement with JASRAC—such as YouTube or Twitch—you do not need individual permission to use the master recordings owned by us. This includes utilizing the platform’s standard monetization features, such as ad revenue programs.
However, please refrain from uploading content that lacks original creativity or serves primarily as a way for others to listen to the track (for example: videos consisting solely of the audio and a static image or lyrics, simple playback with altered pitch or speed, extended loops, or medleys). Please be aware that we reserve the right to request the removal of videos for operational reasons or if they violate these guidelines.
For posting on platforms that do not have a comprehensive agreement with JASRAC, personal websites, or for uses not listed in these guidelines, please follow JASRAC’s regulations and individual licensing conditions regarding copyright management.

Guidelines for MV Materials
We are officially releasing the background and visual effect assets from the "Shape the Future" music video (excluding character animations) as "MV Materials."
These materials are free for individuals and independent groups to use in personal Fan Works, including "Made it" videos featuring your own characters. You can post these videos on UGC services like YouTube or Twitch, as well as on social media. Utilizing the platform’s standard monetization programs is also permitted without special permission.
However, commercial use or use by corporate entities requires prior permission. Furthermore, please do not redistribute the raw MV Materials, post simple copies or minor edits (like color filters) without adding your own creative touch, create content that could be mistaken for an official release, or create content that violates laws or public order. We reserve the right to request the removal of videos for operational reasons or if they violate these guidelines.
Please note that all rights to the MV Materials and their modifications (excluding the creative elements added by you) remain with us. You are solely responsible for any disputes arising from your Fan Works, so please follow the rules and enjoy creating!
