Original animation "Beyond Creation" using Live2D has been released for almost all of the main part

Live2D Designer's Day, an event for Live2D designers held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 The main video of the original short animation “Beyond Creation”, which was first shown in Japan, was released on YouTube on the same day at 18:00.

About Beyond Creation

Live2D is a technology that adds animation to illustrations.

Up to now, it has been adopted for games, apps, and promotional video applications because of its strength in that there are no restrictions on illustrations and touches with animation.

Recently, digital signage and virtual YouTuber are being used more versatilely, increasing the opportunities for people to see them.

And this time, as a proposal of a new application utilizing Live2D technology, Live2D was used for almost all of the main part I made an original animation for about 4 minutes.

This work is the first project for “Live2D feature film production” in collaboration with Aniplex, which was announced last spring, and Live2D's designer team “Live2D Creative Studio” puts all the power I'm working on it.

We look forward to your opinions and impressions on your work.

In the future, we will also introduce the work process of this work and the other side of the production at another opportunity. As soon as the details are decided, we will post information on various websites and SNS, so please wait for a while.

This work, "Draw as you want, move as you want to move" The purpose is to visualize the Live2D concept.

The relationship between creators and Live2D was characterized as a painter boy "Louis" and a mysterious girl "Epsilon", and it was shown that the world of creative activities will be further expanded by the two people.

The title “Beyond Creation” is derived from the ideal of substituting a completed work, a picture created by the creator, into an expression that goes beyond that creation with Live2D.

As for the character voice, Mr. Fujiwara Natsumi was responsible for “Louis” and Haruka Tomatsu was responsible for “Epsilon”.

The studios that are famous for background art and music production also participated, so please pay attention to the various parts that color such works.
